This is how it works:
Together with our client we formulate a precise job profile which is then sent to all our DESIGNERDOCK offices, where we identify possible candidates in our database. Our personnel consultants then evaluate the results of the file search. The candidates are contacted and reviewed again with specific reference to the position. When this is done, we send the client a selection of suitable and available candidates.
