DESIGNERDOCK was founded in 1996 by the Australian Alexander Dewhirst. The original plan was to help a handful of Berliner design agencies to find top creatives - thus the name "DESIGNERDOCK". Soon the business expanded to include copywriters, account managers, advertising professionals and other professions in the communication industry.

Almost 40 DESIGNERDOCK personnel managers find and interview top candidates for jobs in companies, agencies and design offices. Our offices in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Vienna and Zurich receive more than 150 new positions to fill each month, thus making us the most widespread and successful recruitment agency in the industry in the German-speaking world.

Industry specialisation has always been the key to our success.
